What age children can use Kruzin Kidz?

We accept children from age 5 to age 18.

What areas do you service?

We service all areas of metro Atlanta. However, 8 or more children are needed to service a route. Please click our start a route pool page in order to inquire as to your particular route.

Does Kruzin Kidz provide booster seats?

We do not provide booster seats. The parent must provide a booster seat for transportation of any child under the age of 8 or a child below 4 ft 9 inches in height.

How will my child know who the driver is?

When you register with Kruzin Kidz, we provide a photo and name of your child’s driver. In addition, the driver will be wearing the Kruzin Kidz logo shirt.

What are my payment options?

We accept credit cards, debit cards and echeck through our website payment portal. Monthly contracts require auto draft set up.

Will I receive an invoice?

We will provide an invoice and a reminder 5 days prior to payment due date. If you need to update your credit/debit card or echeck information log into the current customer tab or contact our office by telephone.

Are seat belts required?

YES – As part of our safety policy, this requirement will be enforced.

When is payment due?

Payment is due the last Friday of each month. Failure to make a timely payment prior to the start of the new month will result in your child being unable to ride and the occurrence of a late fee.

What are your hours of operation?

M-F, 6:30AM – 6:30 PM.
If you need service outside of these hours, please call us to see if we can accommodate your request.

Do all vans have GPS tracking?

Our vans are equipped with real-time GPS trackers, with automatic replay. Our vans can be tracked at all times and they are monitored during all pickups and drop-offs. Our vans also have video surveillance as an extra safety precaution. Parents can receive text message notifications when their child has been picked up or dropped off or if there are traffic delays.

How do I communicate with the Kruzin Kidz staff if I have a question or change in drop off/pick up?

You will be able to reach the Kruzin Kidz staff in several ways. The first way to contact us is via our telephone number at 678-658-1220. You can also send an email to transport@kruzinkidz.com. Additionally, once you have a Kruzin Kidz account, you will be able to contact us directly through the link in the Current Riders tab. We will also use the Current Riders tab on the website to post updates and information for our families. For emergencies and quick turnaround, we suggest calling our staff directly.
